Cuban Ambassador Meets with Toroa Group Directors to Discuss Potential Collaboration on Financial Modernization Projects.

Auckland, April 28, 2025.- The Cuban Ambassador to New Zealand, Luis Ernesto Morejón Rodríguez, held a working meeting with the directors of the Toroa Group, a multidisciplinary New Zealand-based group specializing in technological innovation, governance, and sustainable development, with a strong interest in supporting financial modernization efforts in developing countries.

During the meeting, the Toroa Group representatives expressed their willingness to explore collaboration projects. These initiatives would focus on key areas such as digital transformation, strengthening infrastructure for electronic payments, financial inclusion, and the development of regulatory frameworks that promote transparency and efficiency within the economic system.

The Toroa Group, made up of professionals with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, works on the design and implementation of strategies centered on technological advancement, economic resilience, and international cooperation.
