Nigeria, May 10, 2017.Following his return to Nigeria, the Deputy Governor of the State of Kaduna was received by the Cuban Ambassador to Nigeria, Carlos Trejo Sosa, at his Residence.
The dialogue was cordial and focused on the results of the official visit to Cuba by several representatives of the Kaduna State Government, including the Commissioner of Health and the Deputy Governor, who headed the delegation.
The program of the visit counted on meetings of executives of the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They also visited some places of interest in the areas of health and education in Cuba.
The Deputy Governor was astonished by the development of the Caribbean nation in area like biotechnology and education. Also he expressed his gratitude for the program make to official visit, which included the delegation's participation in the parade on May Day.
The Cuban ambassador said that the Cuban Government was most willing to continue strengthening bilateral ties, not only with the federal Government, but with the state Governments.
