Abuja, August 13 2026. — More than 200 people gathered at the theatre of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), Africa’s largest trade union centre, for an emotional political and cultural event organized by the Cuba Solidarity Movement in Nigeria to commemorate the centenary of the birth of Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, historic leader of the Cuban Revolution.
