Cuban Ambassador pays a courtesy call on the Iranian Chargé d'Affaires in Uganda.

Kampala. Cuban Ambassador Tania Perez Xiques paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Akbar Khorrami, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The Cuban diplomat highlighted the high level of diplomatic relations between the two countries and, in particular, Iran's contribution to the Sovereign vaccine research project.

Mr. Khorrami was complimentary of the Cuban contribution to the African continent, and wished success to the  Ambassador in her work in Uganda.
