Cuban Ambassador received the new ambassador from Czech Republic

The Cuban ambassador to Cambodia, Liurka Rodríguez received the new ambassador appointed by the Czech Republic. Both interlocutors held an open dialogue, in an atmosphere of cordiality.

The Czech diplomat referred to the progress of cooperation between the country and his kingdom, while learning about the historical ties that unite Phnom Penh and Havana, in more than six decades of diplomatic relations.

The meeting also addressed the challenges imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, and placed hopes on recovery and a return to normality.
