Cuban Ambassador to Saint Kitts and Nevis meets with Minister of Public Infrastructure of the Federation
Basseterre, March 14, 2024- The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, David Rivero and the Honorable Minister Konris Maynard in charge of Public Infrastructure, Transportation, Information, Communication and Technology and Post Office of Saint Kitts and Nevis, held a fruitful work meeting, this Thursday morning, at the headquarters of the Ministry.
The meeting was aimed at jointly evaluating possible collaboration in the construction and infrastructure sector.
Cuba has vast experience in management of works and technical assistance in these areas, with which it maintains historic bilateral cooperation agreements with Caribbean and African countries mainly, through the Union of Construction Companies CARIBE S.A (UNECA S.A).
UNECA S.A. provides construction services in the international market, having achieved experience and proven capacity on services of Technical Assistance, Management of Works, Design-Project of works, Technical Consultancy and Specialized Construction Works. It has accumulated experience in more than 32 countries.
