On behalf of the Ministry of Tourism of Cuba (#MINTUR), the Cuban Ambassador to Türkiye signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Mr. Firuz Bağlıkaya, President of the Travel Agencies Association of Turkey (#TÜRSAB), establishing cooperative relations between both institutions for the promotion of Destination Cuba in Türkiye .
Representing DEIK (#deikmavimikrofon), Mr. Oğuz Satıcı, President of the Cuba-Türkiye Business Committee. Mr. Oğuz Satıcı, senior executives of TURSAB, as well as Raúl Madrigal Cárdena, Consul General of Cuba in Istanbul and Amelia Sánchez Prade, Consul General of Cuba in Istanbul also attended the signing ceremony.
After the signing of the MB, the progress of bilateral relations in the tourism sector, potentialities and actions to strengthen cooperation in this field were discussed.
