Colombo, April 2, 2024. The Cuban ambassador to Sri Lanka, Andrés Marcelo González Garrido visited the important Maliban Group of Companies, where he was received by A. G. Kumudika Fernando, general director and other members of the board of directors and took a tour of a of their factories.
During the meeting they exchanged on matters of mutual interest to develop commercial relations with Cuban institutions, as well as the ambassador referred to the 40th edition of the Havana International Fair (Fihav-2024) that will take place from November 4 to 9 in Cuba and the possibility that the Maliban Group of Companies may be represented. FIHAV is considered the largest commercial event in Cuba, which allows exploring the possibilities of foreign investment in the country, as well as strengthening relations with other regions of the world.
