Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam presented Copies of the Credentials

Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam, Lianys Torres, presented today in Hanoi Copies of the Credentials to Mai Phuoc Dzung, Head of the State Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
