Cuban athlete participates in the I Americas Junior Championship - Shotgun 2025 Bridgetown, Barbados

Members of the Cuban State Mission in Barbados attended last March 9, 2025 the I Americas Junior Championship - Shotgun 2025, held from 9 to 13 in Bridgetown, Barbados, to see the performance of the young Cuban athlete Miguel Alejandro Hernandez Bravo, only 15 years old.

This event, held for the qualifiers for the Junior Pan American Games, was the first competition in which Miguel Alejandro participated, in which, in addition, he made his debut with better than expected results, so it is predicted that he will have a successful sporting career, due to the skills demonstrated.

He was accompanied by Daniel Hernández Ibarra, his coach, who has a long and successful career as an athlete and coach in the Flying Shot, who told us that he was satisfied with the results achieved by Miguel Alejandro, as he is just beginning his sporting career and, competing with young Latin American athletes who have already won prizes in other events, he not only had a good demonstration of his skills but also represented Cuban sport very well, coming in 8th place in the men's classification of this competition.
