Cuban culture was celebrated in Malaysia by dancing Rueda de Casino

Kuala Lumpur October 19, 2025. The local cultural project "Rueda at the Park” celebrated its third year as part of the celebration of Cuban Culture Day by dancing la Rueda de Casino.

This group of enthusiastic casino dance lovers are promoters of Cuban culture in Asia, and this Sunday they celebrated to the rhythm of Van Van.

The richness of Cuban culture have crossed borders, and its contagious rhythms, such as Casino, are enjoyed and taught by dance academies in Kuala Lumpur.

The Cuban ambassador, Yadira Ledesma Hernández, thanked participants for their friendship with Cuba and its contribution to the knowledge of Cuban culture in Malaysia.
