Cuban dancers invited to perform during the 25th Anniversary of Israel Lovell Foundation

Cuban contemporary dancers, Yuleisy Linares and Yunier Hernandez, both teachers and soloists of the JJ Traditional Dance Company, participated as special guests in the artistic cultural festival organized by the Israel Lovel Foundation to celebrate its 25th Anniversary in Bridgetown during the second half of August. Their outstanding performance was highlighted by the Barbadian press having a rave review. Young Cubans joined Trinidadian and Barbadian artists for the Journey, as part of the Season Emancipation and offered a high quality dance show on August 15 at the famous Frank Collymore Hall, joining the successful holding of a quarter century entertainment of that Foundation. It is a magnificent example of cultural integration of our Caribbean peoples.
