Turkey, Ankara, September 24, 2018. A delegation from the Cuban Institute of Radio and Television (ICRT) led by its vice-president, Guillermo Manuel Pavón Pacheco, arrived in the Turkish capital to participate in a training program sponsored by the Turkish Corporation of Radio and Television (TRT). The delegation was received by a representative of the Cuban Embassy and held a lively meeting with his group, led by Cuba Ambassador Luis Alberto Amorós Núñez.
During their stay, they will also hold meetings with senior executives of the TRT, the Turkish Agency for Cooperation and Coordination (TIKA) from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Information Directorate of Turkey.
The visit is part of the fulfillment of a cooperation agreement signed in 2015 between the Cuban Institute of Radio and Television and the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation. At the same time, it is a sign of the interest of the institutions and governments of both countries to continue strengthening the ties of cooperation and exchanges. (Embacuba Turkey).
