Cuban diplomat meets with head of the International Relations Department of the Turkish Higher Education Council (YÖK)

The First Secretary of the Cuban Embassy in Turkey, Oscar Redondo Ramos, held a working meeting with Mustafa EFE, head of the International Relations Department of the Turkish Higher Education Council (YÖK).
They reviewed the state of bilateral relations and their potential for development. Issues related to cooperation in the field of higher education, academic exchange and development of scientific research were discussed.
The meeting took place in a fraternal and friendly atmosphere in which the ties that unite the Cuban and Turkish peoples were clearly shown.
