Cuban Embassy Participates in Debate on Women's Empowerment in Foreign Policy

Kuala Lumpur, December 5, 2025. At the invitation of the Mexican Embassy in Malaysia, we participated in a debate on Women's Empowerment in Foreign Policy.

The “Mexican Feminist Foreign Policy” was presented, and participants exchanged views on their national policies promoting women's rights.

Cuban Ambassador Yadira Ledesma H. ​​explained how, throughout the more than 60 years of the Cuban Revolution's emancipatory work, our Parliament and the Federation of Cuban Women have promoted policies, measures, and laws that foster gender equality, empowerment, and the advancement of women in the most diverse sectors of society.
