Cuban Embassy participates in Russian Diplomatic Workers' Day
Lusaka, February 10, 2026. The Cuban Ambassador Marileydis Dueñas Morales and First Secretary Reynaldo Bacallao Madan participated in the commemoration of Russian Diplomatic Workers' Day, organized by the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Zambia, Dr. Azim Yarakhmedov, and the staff of the State Mission in Lusaka.
During the event, which honors Russia's diplomatic history since 1549, pays tribute to its officials, and strengthens bilateral cooperation, Cuban diplomats expressed their gratitude for Moscow's solidarity with Cuba and Venezuela, as expressed in the message from Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
