Havana, February 21, 2021.- The Cuban Foreign Minister will participate in a virtual way in the High Level Segment of the Conference on Disarmament, which will take place this Monday, February 22, 2021 in Geneva, Switzerland.
Cuba's participation in this event corresponds to its commitment to the international disarmament, non-proliferation and arms control regime.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, will also participate virtually in the High Level Segment of the 46th regular session of the Human Rights Council, which will take place on February 23, 2021 in Geneva, Switzerland .
Cuba was elected in October 2020 as a member of the Human Rights Council for the period 2021-2023, supported by 88% of the UN members, represented in its General Assembly.
