Cuban medical cooperation in the Saint Lucian community of Soufriere

The Ambassador of Cuba to Santa Lucia, Alejandro Simancas, made a visit to the district of Soufriere, during which he met with the Cuban health workers working in this community and together they visited Father Ignatius Dominic-Savio Cétoute, Parish Priest of this region. At the meeting held in the Church of the Assumption, Father Cétoute had words of praise and gratitude for the medical assistance and aid offered by Cuba to Saint Lucia, and in particular the group of seven Cuban Doctors and Nurses working in the direct care of the population of the community of Soufriere.
