Cuban Party leader sends fraternal message to the 12th Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party

Vientiane, January 6, 2026. In a message to the 12th Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, Comrade Roberto Morales Ojeda, member of the Political and Organizational Bureau of the Secretariat, stated through the social network X :

"We wish the comrades of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party every success on the occasion of their 12th Congress. We are convinced that this important party gathering will continue to consolidate their historic leadership in the construction of socialism in that sister nation."
