Havana, May 18, 2019. The President of the Councils of State and of Ministers, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, received on Saturday afternoon the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, His Excellency Mr. Mevlut Cavusoglu, who Make an official visit to our country.
In a cordial atmosphere, they discussed the good state of bilateral relations and reiterated the will to strengthen ties in areas of common interest. They also exchanged on topics on the international agenda.
The distinguished visitor was accompanied by Mrs. Berris Ekinci, ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in Havana, and His Excellency Mr. Koray Ertas, adviser to the Minister.
On the Cuban side were the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, and the Director General of Bilateral Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Emilio Lozada García. (EmbaCuba Turkey).
