Kuala Lumpur, November 20- Cuban President Miguel Díaz Canel sent a message of condolences to his Philippine counterpart Rodrigo Duterte after Typhoon Vamco passed through the country. In the text he expresses solidarity with the families of the victims.
In the past three weeks, the Philippines has been hit by three devastating typhoons that caused extensive property damage and the death of dozens of people.
Typhoons Molave, Goni and Vamco impacted 10 of the 81 provinces of the country and the government estimates millions in losses.
