Cairo, October 1, 2025. The Cuban State Mission in Egypt supported the Cuban Revolutionary Government's Declaration “It is urgent to prevent military aggression against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,” in light of the escalation of actions by the United States government to justify it.
Diplomats and correspondents from the Prensa Latina news agency signed the Cuban government's statement at the Cuban Embassy in Cairo in support of the sister Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
Since September 24, all workplaces, student centers, and communities throughout the country have opened spaces for collecting signatures in support of the Cuban Revolutionary Government's Declaration.
This initiative, announced by Roberto Morales Ojeda, member of the Political Bureau and secretary of organization of the Party's Central Committee, during his meeting in Caracas with Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro Moros, is a show of support by the Cuban people for the Bolivarian Revolution, for Maduro—the legitimate president of the South American nation—and for the popular, military, and police alliance.
