Cuban Vice Chancellor Rogelio Sierra shares with the Solidarity Movement in Barbados.

Cuban Deputy Foreign Minister Rogelio Sierra initiated his program in Barbados with several activities of great political and social significance during the weekend, when he met with a large group of leaders and activists that make up the organizations of the Solidarity Movement with Cuba, with whom he shared the priorities of solidarity work and friendship between both countries, plans to increase cooperation and deepen regional integration, as well as excellent expectations to further develop bilateral relations with the new authorities of the Barbadian government. Accompanied by Jorge Luis Mayo, director of the Caribbean and Central America Desk in the Cuban chancellery, and by the Cuban Ambassador in Barbados, they enjoyed a political-cultural evening, in which the friends Robert "Bobby" Clarke, David Comissiong, David Denny and Onkphra Wells took the floor, the first three of them awarded with Cuban the Friendship Medal; later, renowned artists such as Anthony "Gabby" Carter and Richard Stoute, and young Barbadian talents, delighted a crowded audience that brought together graduates from educational centers in Cuba, Cuban residents and members of the sports mission that collaborates in Barbados (Cubaminrex - Embacuba Barbados)
