Copenhagen, December 28, 2020. The deputy of the Unitary List, in the Danish Parliament, Christian Juhl, joins all those who have sent their proposal to the Norwegian Committee to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, to the Medical Contingent Cubans specialized in natural catastrophe situations.
The deputy of the Red and Green Alliance in the "Folketing", seat of the local Parliament, appointed the Henry Reeves Brigade for the Nobel Peace Prize, considering that the work of the doctors of the Greater Antilles, has shown the meaning of the maximum expression of “what international solidarity can be in real life”.
For the Danish politician, the innovative work of our doctors "is part of a new global and human thinking that can open the way for new ethical standards in international relations."
As a fair recognition of the performance of the army in white coats of Cuba, in its 15 years of existence, the also member of the Foreign Relations Committee, explains his appreciation for the services provided to other peoples in different latitudes, but highlights the humanitarian work carried out since the outbreak of Covid-19 also in European countries.
With this proposal this initiative is made felt for the second time in Denmark after the first presentation led by an academic from the University of Arhus.
