St. George, 3 de marzo - As part of traditional international protocol, the new Cuban ambassador to Grenada, Yadirys Echenique Paz, paid a courtesy visit on March 3 to Jorge Guerrero Veloz, Venezuelan ambassador to Grenada and dean of the diplomatic corps accredited to this Caribbean island.
During the meeting, the historic friendship between the Venezuelan and Cuban peoples was highlighted, a friendship built on decades of solidarity and collaboration in various fields. The diplomats agreed on the importance of maintaining these ties, which serve as an example of Latin American and Caribbean brotherhood.
In his capacity as dean of the diplomatic corps in Grenada, the Venezuelan ambassador wished the young Cuban diplomat success in her duties and emphasized that her work will surely contribute to further strengthening bilateral relations and promoting unity among the nations of the region.
