Delegation of the Cuban Communist Party participates in the Presidential Ceremony Inauguration in Rwanda.

Kigali. On August 11, a delegation headed by the member of the Central Committee of the Cuban Communist Party and Minister of Health, José Ángel Portal Miranda, attended the Presidential Inauguration in response to an invitation received from the ruling party, the Rwandan Patriotic Front.

Together with more than 30 African delegations and China, the Cuban delegation enjoyed a colorful ceremony attended by more than 45 thousand peoples.

The Cuban delegation also included Ambassador Tania Perez Xiques and the director of International Relations of the Ministry of Public Health, Néstor Marimon.

Cuba and Rwanda celebrate 45 years of diplomatic relations in September of this year.
