Director of Operations and Technologies of the Digital Government Center of Cuba paid a productive visit to Singapore

Singapore, September 23rd, 2025. Director of Operations and Technologies of the Digital Government Center, Mr. Rafael Santana, concluded a productive visit to Singapore, as part of his attendance to the "Transforming Public Service with the Power of Artificial Intelligence (AI)" program within the framework of the Singapore Cooperation Program.

 

His attending will allow us to acquire innovative experiences in the use of AI in the computerization of society, in order to provide a more efficient and faster service, as well as better prepare us for the new era of AI and the risks of cyberspace.

 

In addition to his participation in this important seminar, he held a productive bilateral agenda with government and business entities that opened up new opportunities for cooperation and the exchange of experiences. It is worth highlighting the meeting held with the Deputy Director General of the International Affairs Division of the Ministry of Digital Development and Information, Mr. Brandon Loh.

 

This will allow us to continue developing our country's digitalization strategy and improve access to services using new technologies and computerization.
