Oslo, September 22, 2022. During a brief visit to Norway, invited by Katrine Adler-Gjerde and Anne Lise Flavik, leaders of the Blueberry Photography project, Cuban artist Nelson Ramírez de Arellano Conde visited the Oslo School of Photography (Oslo Fotokunstskole).
After taking a tour of the center, the current Director of the Wilfredo Lam Center and of the Havana Biennial, offered a lecture in which he commented on the history of photography in Cuba and addressed relevant aspects of his personal work and that of other exponents of contemporary Cuban photography.
Through various questions, the audience, made up of the Director of the School, professors and a group of students, appreciated the opportunity to share and learn with someone who for several years served as Director of the Fototeca de Cuba.
