The Hague,13 July 2018. Diplomats of the Embassy of Cuba in the Kingdom of the Netherlands received the baseball team that will be taking part in the twenty-ninth edition of the Haarlem baseball week, which takes place in the Dutch city from July 13 to July 22.
The young Cuban team arrived in the Netherlands with great energy and focused on the possibility of achieving a good result in this competition. During the pleasant exchange with the management team and the athletes, they expressed their confidence in the potential of the selection and in the training sessions.
Cuba will be playing together with other selections from Japan, China Taipei, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands, who are also participating in the tournament.
The Cuban team will make its debut on Saturday July 14 against Germany in the Pim Mulier Stadion in Haarlem.
