NIGERIA, March 26, 2018. With the presence of Ambassador Carlos Trejo Sosa, as guest of honor, the school "Chrisland School" celebrated the Day of Art and Language, where Cuba was represented by several students and professors. Dance, language, customs and traditions were intertwined during the event with presentations from Brazil, Morocco, India, Bahamas, China and Cuba.
Carlos Trejo Sosa spoke some words where he highlighted the African presence in the genesis of the Cuban people. He also alluded to the solidarity present in the event, a value that the Cuban people have shown to the world by sending medical personnel to different latitudes, including the African continent where collaborators from various spheres are working.
They were also present, P.B. Azuekwu, Director of the school, officials of the Moroccan Embassy in Nigeria, students, parents and teachers, as well as the Second Secretary of the Embassy of Cuba.
