Embassy of Cuba participates in Spanish Heritage Day at DIntill High School

Linstead, 14 February 2023. Second Secretary of the Cuban Embassy in Jamaica Rolando Davila Gallardo participated in the Spanish Heritage Day organised by the DIntill High School, located in Linstead, parish of Saint Catherine.

The Cuban diplomat gave a lecture to the school's students on the distinctive features of Cuban culture. He also referred to the historic ties of brotherhood and cooperation that unite the two nations. He highlighted the creative work of the Cuban Revolution in the education of our people, despite the limitations imposed by the US economic, commercial and financial blockade against Cuba.
