The Hague, 28 May 2018. The Embassy of Cuba in the Kingdom of the Netherlands took part in the certification ceremony of the AERES University of Applied Sciences of Dronten on May 24th.
The representation of the diplomatic mission was received by Profesor Dr.Tim Menger, head of the program of international cooperation of this university and a group of the faculty related to the three courses taught over a period of two months on dairy farming and milk processing to a group of foreign students who concluded their studies that day. One of the students was a professor from the University of Camagüey Enrique Casado.
During the ceremony, the Second Secretary of the Embassy in charge of academic cooperation, Dr. José Pérez Lazo, presented professor with his certificate for completing the courses.
During the meeting with representatives of the Univeristy, the representation of the Embassy exchanged on the possibilities and spaces for cooperation that could be promoted in fields of interest for both the AERES University and Cuban centers of higher education and research.
