Accra, 08/02/2025. - The headquarters of the Cuban Embassy in Ghana served as venue for the first Scientific Forum of the Cuban Medical Brigade in the African sister nation.
With the display of 21 highly technical presentations, our doctors showed relevant results of their research in different specialties in the field of health. Dr. Mailen Luisa López, Head of the Medical Brigade inaugurated the event, which was attended by Dr. Hafez Adam, Director of Technical Coordination at the Ghanaian Ministry of Health.
The closing remarks were made by Julio Enrique Pujol Torres, Ambassador/Designate to Ghana who highlighted the noble and humane work of our doctors throughout the country, the recognition of their effort towards this noble people and the importance of their mission in the current circumstances of our homeland.
