Stockholm, June 12, 2023 - At the Solidarity House in Stockholm, members of the Swedish-Cuban Friendship Association branch met in an emotional meeting to commemorate the 95th anniversary of the birth of Ernesto "Che" Guevara, whose figure continues to illuminate the entire world and whose thoughts are more valid today than ever.
In an atmosphere full of revolutionary spirit and admiration, the attendees witnessed a captivating film that covered Che's revolutionary work in Cuba. The film, which evoked the passion and sacrifice of the Argentine-Cuban guerrilla, highlighted his courage and dedication as a fervent anti-imperialist and defender of people's freedom.
Che lives in the hearts of all Cubans. His legacy transcends borders and his ideas continue to resonate in every corner of the Caribbean nation. Like a beacon of hope, his revolutionary spirit embodies the fight for social justice and human dignity. His example continues to inspire present and future generations not to give in to oppression and to move forward in the search for a more equitable world.
