Jönköping, Saturday, October 7 - The branch of the Swedish-Cuban Friendship Association of the town of Jönköping held, as is customary on this date, the "Evening for Cuba." An activity in which members and other friends interested in learning about Cuba and the Latin American reality, met in a festive and cultural atmosphere.
The II Secretary Yohanna Cordero Llanuch, was in charge of the night's intervention and thanked everyone present for the support historically provided to Cuba by the Friendship Association and especially to the members of Jönköping for their efforts and participation that night. . She called to continue raising our voices against those who oppress or want to destroy the Cuban Revolution and strongly condemned the inclusion of Cuba in the unilateral and unjust list of supposed countries that sponsor terrorism.
The branch of the Swedish-Cuban Friendship Association of Jönköping, as part of its activism for Cuba, recently raised 10,000 Swedish crowns that will contribute to continuing to support the Island in the purchase of medicines.
