The exchange between Cuba and Norway in the academic sector continues

Oslo, August 28, 2025. As part of the exchange within the framework of the cooperation project "Ecological Connections: Cultural Studies in Cuba and Norway" (ECOCON), four professors from the Faculty of Arts and Letters of the University of Havana recently joined the University of South-Eastern Norway (USN), campus Bø.

The professors Hilda María Rodríguez Enríquez, Odette Bello Algeciras, Jorge Y. Navas Quintero, and Daniela Pujol Coll will make the most of their stay at the aforementioned Norwegian university to work on their master's and doctoral theses, which focus on the impact of migration on Cuban art, Southeast Asian creative practices, and Cuban linguistic and literary studies.
