Exchange is born in the educational sector between Cuba and Denmark.
The Director of the Holstebro Ballet School, capital of the municipality of the same name, in the Central Jutland region, Mr. Kent Sommer; signed a Cooperation Agreement with the National Center of Art Schools of Cuba (CNEArt), with the aim of strengthening exchange ties in the educational and artistic field.
During the visit to CNEArt, he met with Director Rolando Ortega, in which the desire to achieve exchanges that benefit the updating and development of students and teachers between both countries was made clear.
He also exchanged with the Director of the National School of Dance, Lídice Arredondo, who discussed the preparation of the dancer's profile, the various possibilities for students, and the network of schools dedicated to dance in Cuba.
Mr. Kent, during his stay in Cuba, made a series of visits to the national schools of Ballet, Dance and Circus accompanied by CNEART officials, where meetings were held with the directors of said institutions to offer information about the functioning of the teaching art, the school life of Cuban students, the functioning of the educational system, among other topics of interest.
