THE BAHAMAS, August 15th, 2016.- The Embassy of Cuba in The Bahamas joined the celebrations for the 90th birthday of Fidel, with the art exhibition " The Construction" by the Cuban resident Silvia Irene Blanco Hidalgo.
During the event, attended by members of the diplomatic mission of Cuba, a representation of Cubans residents, Bahamians friends the solidarity group, students graduates in our country and the prestigious artist and Bahamian sculptor Antonius Roberts, the congratulatory message was sent to Fidel.
In the opening remarks of the event, the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. in this capital, Vanesa Ortega Guerrero, referred to the festivities who are taking place not only in Cuba but in different parts of the world to honor the leader of the Cuban Revolution.
In this occasion, art also had the word, where the artist conveyed her message of love to Fidel through her work.
