Helsinki, April 24, 2022.- From the Nordic cities of Helsinki, Mariehamn and Riga, Cubans residing in Finland and Latvia accompanied the world caravan against the blockade, held this Sunday in demand of this anti-Cuban policy.
On his wall on the social network Facebook, the Cuban Carlos Alexandre and his Finnish wife María, posted a photo next to the poster "Down with the blockade on Cuba." For his part, Publio López commented "From Latvia, Cubans join the world caravan against the blockade" and expressed his support for the world movement that asks the White House to end the economic and commercial restrictions imposed on Cuba for more than 60 years. .
From Helsinki, María Carla Roa expressed in a video broadcast on Twitter "The blockade is an act of war applied unilaterally that directly affects the Cuban people, but not only, it also affects other countries due to its extraterritorial nature. Down with the blockade against Cuba!".
