First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba sends congratulations to the XII Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party.

Vientiane, January 6, 2026. The First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba Miguel Díaz-Canel sends a congratulatory message to the XII Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party.

"We congratulate the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and the Lao people on the occasion of their XII Congress.

We reiterate our commitment to continue strengthening our historic inter-party ties, based on the legacy of Commander-in-Chief and Comrade Kaysone Phomvihane."
