Havana. Within the framework of the Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Group 77 plus China, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Republics of Cuba and Uganda held bilateral talks.
At the headquarters of the Cuban Foreign Ministry, both ministers highlighted the good health of political relations between both countries and the joint work they carry out in the multilateral area to ensure the continuity of the Presidency of the Group of 77 plus China.
Likewise, both Foreign Ministers signed an Agreement on Regular Political Consultations that will allow, among others, to promote bilateral cooperation relations.
Cuba and Uganda established diplomatic relations on May 9, 1974.
