Vientiane August 21, 2023. The Cuban Embassy in Lao PDR proudly displays the results of collaboration in the education and sports sectors. According to comments provided by the teaching authorities of the Lao National University, a significant number of university students have graduated in the specialty of Spanish Language throughout these years and in particular in the recently completed academic course.
On the other hand, in the field of Sports, Cuban coaches have offered their experience, and achievements were recently made in the Asian Games held in Cambodia, as evidenced by the three bronze medals obtained in that event.
In Cuba, moreover, dozens of young Laotian people have enjoyed scholarships in the previously mentioned branches, as an expression of the effective collaboration between the Island and that Southeast Asian country.
