The President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Georgia, Nino Chikovani, held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in this Caucasian nation, Alfredo Nieves Portuondo, at the headquarters of that institution.
The two parties expressed the will to work to explore the commercial links between both countries, according to the existing potentialities.
The diplomat extended the invitation for Georgia to be present at the upcoming Havana Fair, FIHAV 2019, which will be held from November 4 to 8 in the Cuban capital.
Accompanying the president were the director of the International Relations Department of the Chamber, Giorgi Chitadze and the counselor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Ekaterine Dugladze.
The Consul of the Cuban diplomatic mission, Alina Quesada Rodríguez, participated in the meeting.
