Ghana's Minister of Health highlights work done by the Cuban Medical Brigade

The Minister of Health of Ghana, Mr. Kwaku Agyeman-Manu led the farewell activity to the Cuban Medical Brigade (CMB), which in the last five years provided its assistance services in Ghana.

 

In his words, the Minister recognized the work carried out by the Cuban doctors, and especially recognized the tireless work carried out by the Head of the CMB, Dr. Ana Lubín García, who at all times maintained a cohesive work with the country's health authorities.

 

The Ambassador of Cuba, Pedro Luis Despaigne González, expressed his appreciation to the Minister and other officials involved in the work of the CMB, for the effective creation of conditions that allowed the positive performance of the Cuban health professionals.

 

For his part, the Director General of the Ministry of Health, Mr. Kwabena Boadu Oku-Afari, brought up concrete figures that more than demonstrated the value of the work carried out by the Cuban doctors.
