GLORY TO THE BRAVE PEOPLE OF VENEZUELA ON THE 198TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BATTLE OF CARABOBO

The Ambassador of Cuba in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Vilma Reyes Valdespino, participated in the activity, organized by the Embassy of Venezuelan in that Eastern Caribbean country, to commemorate the 198th anniversary of the Battle of Carabobo, a decisive feat in the independence of Venezuela from the Spanish yoke.

Speaking in the patriotic activity, the Cuban diplomat stressed that the strength and resistance with which the brave Venezuelan people have defended their independence and freedom throughout their rich history is the same that today guides their unwavering will to stand, face and defeat imperialist threats and attacks.
