Government General of the Bahamas greets the Cuban Ambassador during the Easter Tea Party

Nassau, April 9, 2018. - The Ambassador of Cuba to the Bahamas, Ismara Vargas Walter, attended a few hours ago to the traditional Easter Tea Party, an invitation of the Governor General of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Her Excellency Dame Marguerite Pindling.

The main objective of this event is to maintain the tradition of tea and strengthen relations between the women of the Bahamian society as well as the ones in diplomatic missions represented in The Bahamas.

In the context of this celebration, the Governor General briefly exchanged with the Ambassador of Cuba. She was interested in the activities carried out by the Cuban diplomatic mission in the country.
