Anyone who wants to see without many words solidarity with Cuba that fights and supports its heroic people, who spend a few minutes and look at these images.
All these people have spoken in Athens against the unjust, genocidal, and uncivilized blockade imposed by the United States government on the people of Cuba, signing in handwriting a mural where they leave their position in writing and voluntarily (it is clarified that they are images somewhat earlier than the pandemic stage, many of them not published before).
None of these people are Cuban. Almost all of them are Greek. Here it signs an archbishop, a taxi driver, translators, teachers, parliamentarians, professors, workers, young people, older people, signs Che's friend Kalica Ferrer, an agricultural worker, a poet, retirees, entrepreneurs, many more. They're not all here.
I stress that not a few of these people belong to different political, ideological affiliations, they may agree or disagree with certain visions, as is their right, but they all agree that, in the face of the longest genocidal blockade in human history, silence is unworthy.
No Cuban resident of Greece appears here signing. It is that it is SO MANY AND SO MANY who have signed against the blockade of their family, their people and their Homeland, that do not fit in this publication these images, as will be seen in the next publication dedicated especially to the Cuban brothers residing in Greece.
Thanks to the hundreds and thousands of Greek brothers and other nationalities who fight from their means and by all means at their disposal against the brutal blockade of Cuba, even thousands of kilometers from it. Thank you for loving Cuba, its noble and supportive people. Love with love is paid for. Not for nothing and for 8 months in two stations of the Athens metro is exhibited an annotated and bilingual Cuban photographic exhibition with the for nothing casual title, "José Martí with Greece in the heart".
