Athens, the Cuban ambassador to Greece Zelmys Maria Dominguez Cortina and the counselor / Consul José Oriol Marrero MartÍnez visited several stands where the friends of Cuba promote solidarity with the largest of the Antilles within the framework of the Annual Festival of Communist Youth of Greece (KNE). Among them:
The stand of the Hellenic Cuban Friendship Association, with Cuban rum, flags, documents and posters about the revolution and for the aid to the Cuban people; the stand of the Greek Initiative for the request of the Nobel Prize for the Henry Reeve contingent, headed by Velissarios Kossivakis, where they sold the album with the paintings of the prestigious painter Takis Varelas entitled "Cuba is not alone", whose income will be donated to the Cuban people; the stand of the Greek Committee for International Democratic Solidarity (EEDDA; the stand of the Hellenic Committee for International Distension and Peace (EEDYE) and the World Peace Council. Everywhere the same enthusiasm and spirit of solidarity with the heroic Cuban people.
The Cuban diplomats thanked the friends of Cuba for their friendship and permanent solidarity support.
