Historic support of Cuba to the African continent highlighted in Zimbabwe

In the afternoon of today, the Cuban ambassador in Zimbabwe, Carmelina Ramirez, was received by the member of the political bureau and ZANU PF International Relations Secretary, Simbarashe Mumbengegwi in his office. The Zimbabwean leader thanked Cuba for its contribution to the independence of several African countries as well as the preparation of young professionals through the granting of scholarships. Cuba and Zimbabwe have maintained excellent relations since the independence of the latter, this meeting demonstrates the intention to continue strengthening it even more.
