Abuja, January 16, 2024.- The Ambassador of Cuba in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Miriam Morales Palmero, participated this Tuesday in the launch of the book “Mahammadu Buhari, the Nigerian legacy (2015-2023).”
Among the chief guests were the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Bola Ahmed Tinubu and former Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari, as well as other special guests such as Prince Abdulaziz Bin Faisal Al Saud, a member of the royal family of Saudi Arabia; the former head of State of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, General Yakubu Gowon and the founding president of the company Oriental Energy Resources Limited (OER).
This five-volume historical compendium is the authoritative, comprehensive and the definitive story of the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari from 2015-2023. The volumes tell the story of the Buhari administration in varied ways, and invite the reader to engage the ensuing narratives with an open and fair mind.
President Tinubu, as a main exponent, invited to present and future generations of Nigerian and friends of Nigeria to have access to these books and appreciate the place of the Buhari administration in the evolution of modern Nigeria.
During the event, the Ambassador had the opportunity to exchange with the former vicepresident of Nigeria and great friend of Cuba Yemi Osinbajo.
